Who We Are

Diane Fields-Clay has 25 years of experience as the owner of PRIME find — an advertising specialties company offering a wide array of promotional items designed to build excitement for all types of companies and events.

Jessica Clay is the owner of Clay Marketing, a full-service marketing group that has been building brands and elevating identities for more than 30 years.

HANDS OFF PARTY PLANNING

Step 1:

Schedule your 1-2 hour consultation with your Theme Team today for $150! (non-refundable, used toward your event)

Step 2:

Budget & deliverables will be established after consultation and an estimate will be presented and agreed upon, then we will start to create your event!

Step 3:

The theme will begin development. 2 theme ideas will be presented and applied to your pieces agreed upon in consult which may include invitations, posters, thank you notes, save-the-date cards, program/itinerary, hand-outs, etc. (small event 3 pieces, medium to large 5 pieces)

Step 4:

Your final deliverables will include, print ready files for your 3-5 pieces (pdfs), a packet that will have additional ideas for weaving your theme throughout every detail of your event, including promotional items, vendor connections, refreshments, menus, decorations, performers, entertainment, and more.

*Please Plan ahead: We require at least four weeks’ notice for small events, eight to ten weeks’ for larger events to prepare for your delivery date.
